Serving as both office manager and licensed massage therapist, I’ve been part of this team for over two and a half years and take pride in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting both staff and patients. Whether assisting with daily operations or ensuring each patient feels cared for, my goal is to help create an environment where healing and teamwork thrive.
Outside the office, life stays active and fulfilling thanks to my 10-year-old daughter, who brings endless energy and joy to my time away from work.
With over 25 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, my work has spanned every care setting, from acute rehabilitation to long-term recovery. My true passion, however, lies in outpatient rehab—helping people restore movement, build strength, and return to the activities they love.
That same passion for movement carries into my personal life, where I enjoy playing golf, competing in pickleball, and cheering on Florida Gator sports. When the day winds down, there’s nothing better than relaxing with a good glass of red wine and reflecting on the progress my patients make every day.
I was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale Fl. I moved to this area in 1995. I have been a therapist since graduating from Gulf Coast State College in 2013. I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, home health, assisted living facilities, and orthopedic offices. These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with a wide scope of clinical and orthopedic conditions. I have also obtained certifications in Manual Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Technique which has greatly enhanced my skills.
I have experience in other occupations including teaching and real estate, but therapy is my passion and I enjoy my work here very much. This is by far the best place I’ve worked so far. The thing I love most about this career is the ability to make a positive impact in the health of my patients and see them recover and thrive. On my time off I enjoy beach activities, yoga, kayaking, nature hikes and more fun outdoor activities.
I am a massage therapist with six years of experience, including three years specializing in clinical massage. I am certified in the Graston technique, Gua Sha, cupping, and kinesio taping. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance and an associate’s degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology, both from Keiser University. In my spare time, I enjoy engaging in physical exercise and relaxation activities.
